Vügar Novruzoğlu, an official from TURKSOY, (the International Organization of Turkic Peoples) who visited Hatay as part of the preparation works for the participation by TURKSOY in EXPO to be held with the theme “Garden of Civilizations” in Hatay, 2021, and scheduled events was accepted by Assoc. Prof. Lütfü Savaş, Mayor of Hatay Metropolitan Municipality, in his office.
During the talks held with İhsan Çakır, Secretary-General of Expo 2021 Hatay, as well as Assoc. Prof Lütfü Savaş, Mayor of Hatay Metropolitan Municipality, topics such as participation by TURKSOY, the roof organization of the Turkish world’s culture and art, in EXPO 2021 Hatay, exhibition of the Turkish people’s rich cultural heritage as well as integration between Hatay and the Turkish World were discussed.
