The aim of the course is to ensure that the trainees (students) who graduate after the training and who get the certificate, work in agricultural production cooperatives and producer unions, universities and municipal farms and field crops in accordance with the competencies they have gained.

In this direction, priority will be given to employment for women and youth. Young people living in rural areas will contribute to the development of their villages by staying in there if they find a job. If women and youth are included in production and economically strengthened, both they and their families and the country’s economy will be developed. In this context, it is utmost importance to undertake initiatives to regulate the harmony of production, storage, drying, packaging, standardization, cooperatives, marketing, promotion and advertising organization. In addition, taking the pharmaceutical-spice plants into the culture which exist in nature is important for the continuation of these plants, for the protection and reproduction of rich gene resource and for the evaluation of lands.
