Mayor of Hatay Metropolitan Municipality Assoc. Prof. Dr Lütfü Savaş participated in the 70^th anniversary of AIPH World Expo organizer and the World EXPO meeting.

Having left behind the cities of Australia and China and bringing the 2021 Botanical Expo to Hatay, Mayor Savaş has achieved great success. And fair works continue without slowing down.

During the meetings held in Padova, Italy between 19-21 Septembers, Mayor Savaş was accompanied by ÖmerFarukÇelebi, head of Expo 2021 Hatay, DASİFED and Ekinciler Holding Chairman FarukEkinci, and the owners of Botanist Spruce Sapling, NidalÖzdemir and her husband Ahmet Özdemir.

In the meetings with the EXPO family, Mayor Savaş successfully represented the city and visited the world-famous nursery fair Flormart. He also examined the outdoor nurseries in the Pistoia city and pointed out that making a city beautiful just like Garden of Eden, is important for social peace and rural development.

With the EXPO 2021, Hatay will introduce its cultural, tourism, social and economic values to all countries of the world.
